These Terms & Conditions apply to TapProPH products and services, including Smart Cards, NFC and QR solutions, digital business cards, virtual pages, customized landing pages, and related services. By placing an order or using a TapProPH service, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase or use of the service.
TapProPH provides customizable digital connection solutions for businesses, professionals, organizations, schools, events, and other approved uses. Available products and features depend on the package confirmed with the customer.
Customers must provide accurate information and review the details submitted for their order. This may include names, business details, logos, photographs, contact information, social links, menus, prices, locations, and other requested content.
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the information and links before approving the final setup. TapProPH may request clarification or decline requests that appear unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or outside the services offered.
Smart Cards may use NFC technology, QR codes, or both to direct users to a designated digital destination. NFC functionality depends on device compatibility, settings, and other technical conditions. QR access depends on a compatible camera or scanner and, where required, an internet connection.
TapProPH does not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, browser, or scanning application. Customers should test their card and destination links upon receiving the product and contact us if a technical issue occurs.
Digital pages may link to external services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, messaging applications, booking services, online stores, delivery platforms, and payment providers. These services are operated by third parties and may change their features, terms, availability, or access requirements without notice.
TapProPH does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability or operation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the external accounts and links they supply are correct and accessible.
Digital pages are prepared based on the package, specifications, and information agreed upon with the customer. Changes to links, business details, menus, photos, promotions, layouts, or features may require additional work.
Update fees may apply depending on the scope of the request. Any applicable fee should be communicated before the additional work begins. Customers should contact TapProPH to request changes rather than assuming that ongoing updates are included.
Prices and package inclusions will be communicated before an order is confirmed. Additional customization, delivery, revisions, or other services may incur extra charges where disclosed and agreed upon.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders requiring a down payment are subject to a 50% down payment before processing begins. The remaining balance and payment schedule will be confirmed with the customer. Production or customization may not begin until the required payment and information have been received.
Customers should verify payment instructions through TapProPH's official communication channels and retain their payment confirmation for reference.
The estimated processing time is generally 3–5 days, depending on the package, customization, production requirements, and receipt of complete information and required payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Physical delivery may depend on courier availability, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any available delivery charges and relevant timing details will be communicated during order confirmation.
Please contact TapProPH promptly if you wish to cancel an order or report a problem. Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the order status, work already completed, materials already produced, and applicable law.
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant order details and supporting photographs when available. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy where applicable.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, ordinary wear, or loss may not qualify for a replacement. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
TapProPH may make a business's Google Review link easier to access. We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, star ratings, leads, customers, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes.
Customers are responsible for complying with Google's policies and other applicable platform rules. Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences. Customers must not buy or fabricate reviews, offer prohibited incentives, impersonate reviewers, or pressure customers to leave positive feedback. Review requests must not unfairly discourage or prevent negative feedback.
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use the logos, images, text, trademarks, and other materials they provide. Customers remain responsible for claims relating to content they submit or instruct us to publish.
Customers retain their rights to their own materials. They grant TapProPH permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to prepare, deliver, and maintain the requested service. TapProPH's own branding, original designs, code, and materials remain owned by TapProPH or their respective rights holders, subject to any separate written agreement.
TapProPH may need personal or business information to process orders, configure digital pages, provide support, and communicate with customers. Information should be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and Philippine data protection requirements.
Customers should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and the relevant individuals have been properly informed. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
You must not use TapProPH products or services to:
Where reasonably necessary, TapProPH may refuse a request, suspend work, or restrict a service connected with suspected misuse, subject to applicable law and any relevant agreement.
We aim to provide functioning digital pages and products, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting, domain configuration, connectivity, device compatibility, third-party outages, or other technical issues.
To the extent permitted by law, TapProPH is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, inaccurate customer-provided information, or third-party services. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
TapProPH may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. The terms applicable to a specific order may also be affected by any separate written agreement with the customer.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to applicable consumer protection, privacy, and other mandatory legal requirements.
